The location is great! It’s near the train station, walking distance to the historical town and shopping. The staff in Sorell Ador were warm, welcoming and helpful. I like it that Ador Sorell is taking steps to go green and reduce waste. Another plus is their breakfast!!…..it has a good and yummy spread! I’d definitely recommend Sorell when in Bern!

The location is very good, just 5 minutes away from Bern train station. The breakfast is sufficient, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning is done every day and free water is available on every floor. There are fountains you can buy. Additionally, the hotel provides a safety glass water bottle throughout your stay.

The staff was amazing, extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Our room had problems with the TV remote control and all was done to try to solve our needs. Their proactiveness was great! The check in was kindly made 1h30 earlier with all info perfectly communicated. Excellent experience with both staff members we were in touch with. Location is excellent too.

very clean and exceptionally comfortable room. excellent for 1-2 nights. for a non luxury hotel, they go out of their way to make you comfortable. Staff at check in and check out, the staff were very clear and kind. Amenities: Loved the clean yoga mat in the room! Bed: Comfortable mattress that felt new with good pillows Ventilation: quiet air conditioning fans in the room and a window that opened enough to allow fresh air inside It was pouring rain the day I woke up and checked out. They still loaned me a nice umbrella for the day without hesitation or question. I REALLY appreciate that the breakfast aims to be sustainable with many local products, a solid effort to reduce food waste and climate impact.

The location, staff and breakfast was great. However, the room size was small and very difficult to open our suitcase as there wasn’t much space. The room was very clean and bed extremely comfortable. It was a short walking distance from the station which was very convenient and close to old town too.

Close to train station, which was a main criteria for choosing it. Short walk even with heavy luggage. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The location is excellent - near to the Bern HBF and Migros, where we could get some good takeaway boxes. The room was clean and with a good view to the city. The staff was super friendly and they really went the extra mile when letting us know we could get to use public transport for free for the time we stayed in Bern.

1. Location 2. Cleanliness 3. Staff 4. Breakfast was OK but could have been better 5. Thoughtful Provision of Drinking water at the common area, umbrella and a backpack though I didn’t need the last two.

Modern Hotel, good first impression, upmarket ambience, helpful staff (fluent in English), easy check in and check out. Table with chair in front of window, large enough to work with laptop. Easy walking distance from tram stop, main station also within easy walking distance. Luggage were kept safe on day we checked out until we collected it in the afternoon.
